Claude Code now remembers what it did in the session thanks to the Session feature...

This is especially useful when the session grows to thousands of tokens, and the model starts to "forget" the beginning of the conversation. Session Memory solves this problem by writing and updating summaries directly in the project.

To enable this feature, run the command:
```
npx tweakcc@latest --apply
```

By default, the feature is turned off. After activation, the file will appear at ~/.claude/projects/.../session-memory/summary.md.

Settings via environment variables:

- CC_SM_MINIMUM_MESSAGE_TOKENS_TO_INIT — the number of tokens to create the first summary (default: 10k)
- CC_SM_MINIMUM_TOKENS_BETWEEN_UPDATE — update frequency (default: 5k)
- CC_SM_TOOL_CALLS_BETWEEN_UPDATES — minimum number of tool calls between updates (default: 3)

When testing, you can set minimal thresholds (200 tokens, 0 calls) so that the summary updates almost after every message.

This feature will be useful for anyone working with Claude Code on long sessions — refactoring, debugging, architectural decisions. The model stops losing context in the middle of a task.
