Project planning always takes many times longer than its actual implementation and launch.
Before starting a project, I make sure I understand the overall concept in my head, then I go into claude code and in my own words (thank goodness there's voice now) explain that I've conceived such-and-such a project, which will work approximately like this..
After that, gradually with the help of commands, I gather all the necessary additional information for implementation, from everything I make plans, checklists, lists and all of this along the way I save in .md files in obsidian (you can do without it).
And only when everything is collected, all aspects are considered and everything is thought through - I give the command for implementation. All of this I now launch with bypass permissions on, which allows me to go drink coffee while claude code sends me a link to a working prototype of my project, which we then fine-tune manually.
