Despite all the Obsidians and AI, I control tasks on paper.
The system by which I don't lose anything is the Running List. I chose it for its simplicity and clarity.
You need a dot grid notebook and a pen.
You mark the sheets for the week. On a specific date — an empty square, opposite — the task for that day.
Done — shade it. Not done — cross it out. Postponed — an arrow with the new date.
Any day I sit down, open the notebook, and see all tasks for today.
What about you?
