Don't think that only premium domains worth hundreds of thousands of dollars are sold there.
You can actually buy a decent domain for your business for $20-30 there. Overall, the average cost of domains including auction fees ends up being $50-100. In my history on this auction, I have 109 purchases so far. Some of them became websites, some were resold.
