— test on a cheap model. If the skill only works on Opus, it's a hidden prompt, needs rewriting
— self-update directive: the skill itself suggests updating when the result didn't work
— recommended/banned pairs: "what works for us, what definitely doesn't"
Skills have become thinner, evolve on their own and don't turn into a dump.
