For this purpose, I've already built a bot - you give it a chat name, it parses the message history, runs each through AI, and forms a list of the chat users' 'pains', from which you can already form a service idea.
The bot is already available @tginspectorbot, if anyone needs to top up their balance - it's free for now - write to me. I'm still working on refining the prompts to make the result as useful as possible, I won't charge money until I get it right.
I've also built other functionality into the bot, such as chat and Telegram channel audits (in case you want to buy a channel?), parsing and searching for thematic channels by keywords - to find places for advertising.
