If a task is even slightly complex, just telling AI "Do it" and not delving into it yourself won't work.
I haven't had a project yet where I didn't either already know the topic or have to dive into it along the way to constantly monitor, guide, and point out AI's mistakes.
😓Several times I took on tasks thinking: it's simple, I'll handle it in a day. In the end, I've been working on the project for a month and daily figuring out what's actually going on.
👨🎓So when you're told that AI will do everything for you, prepare for the opposite: you'll have to work just as much—the work will just be different. And our task is to become masters of formulating problems and setting technical specifications.
That's what currently saves developers from being replaced—those who can understand problems, make decisions, and set tasks, not just execute ready-made specs.
