Essentially, this is a virtual medical record that is always at hand.
In practice, this gives:
→ I ask a question about my well-being — I get an answer considering my history
→ Claude remembers what I am allergic to and other nuances
→ It takes into account how specific factors affect my blood pressure
→ Any new test immediately fits into the context of all previous ones
Previously, I had to google each indicator separately and piece together the picture. Now, one question — a detailed personalized answer.
