since I translate everything into Obsidian for myself, I also exported all my health branch, along with scans of tests, ECGs, and other information - all of this I uploaded, converted into md files, and placed in the corresponding Obsidian folder (did it through claude code of course).
Then together with claude code I gathered maximum knowledge and skills from the internet and created a skill for health assessment!
Now when something hurts, stings somewhere - I ask claude code, it refers to the healing skill and my history with tests and gives recommendations and advice.
