It used to be chaos: I planned projects in the desktop Claude, then manually transferred them to Claude Code for implementation. Source code and notes were scattered—some in local folders, some on the server, and attempts to maintain a knowledge base in Obsidian existed separately.
In the end, three different places held three versions of the truth.
The solution turned out to be simple. I ran Claude Code locally, gave it SSH access to the server, and pointed it to the Obsidian vault. It not only analyzed the database, recommended encrypting files with passwords, but also collected all project files—both local and server-based—neatly placing them in the Obsidian projects folder.
Now it doesn't matter where or on which project I'm working: all fresh data, changes, and file groups are always at hand in Obsidian.
